Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

Should you feel you have received an incorrect order, damaged goods, or suspect the bottle is flawed, you may return most* new, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. In the case of a flawed wine or bottle, please re-cork the bottle leaving the context in the bottle when return shipping. We will NOT take back any empty bottles. If determined that the flawed order is a result of our error (i.e.: you receive an incorrect or defective item), we will with pleasure pay the return shipping costs. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of the return shipping date; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more rapidly. This time period includes the transit time in which we receive the items from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once it arrives (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Should you need to return an item; simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders"link under the “My Account"menu, and click the “Return Item(s)"button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

* Note: Some returns are subject to refute and will be determined when items are inspected.

Shipping

We currently ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MO, OH, OR, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NY, SC, TX, VA, VT, WI, and WV. Although the state you are shipping to is listed, there are some county restrictions within the states, in which shipping will not be allowed. If you do not see you sate listed on our list of valid shipping states, either your state or FL state law prevents us from shipping with-in your states borders. We currently ship in the United States only. We ship to both homes and businesses. We are required by law to acquire an ADULT signature when shipping alcoholic products. In the case that there will not be an adult in your home at the time of delivery, we can arrange to deliver the package(s) to your business. You must be sure to include the business/company name in the ship-to information to ensure the package(s) are routed properly. We cannot, however, ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and a delivery ETA based on the availability of the product and the shipping options you choose. Delivery ETA may or may not appear on the shipping quote page. This depends on the shipping provider chosen. In most cases, shippers will provide a tracking number so that you may track your order.

Please note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In reflection to the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Adult signature requirements such as those used in the FedEx and UPS wine shipping programs must be adhered to for all shipments.
